Prayer Chain

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7

Our prayer chain exists because, in Christ, Hebrews 4:16 tells us to approach the Throne of Grace with confidence, so we may receive mercy and find grace in our time of need. In Jesus we get to draw near to God (Hebrews 7:18), to pray without ceasing, and to bear the burdens and joys of one another (Romans 12:9-15). We desire to abide on the vine and bear fruit for His glory and praise (John 15:7-8).
